Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for Pulse BMS, Pulse GMS, Pulse HMS, Pulse DMS, and Pulse Clinic (together, the "Service"), operated by PulseHub (SMC-Private) Limited ("Pulse", "we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can evaluate the Service fully before you are charged, and cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

1. Free Trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial and billing begins.

2. No Refunds After Billing Begins

Because you have a full trial period to evaluate the Service before any payment is taken, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, including monthly and annual plans. This applies whether you use the Service for the full billing period or not, and whether you cancel mid-cycle or let the plan run its course.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current, already-billed period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in limited circumstances, such as:

A duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a billing or system error.
A confirmed unauthorised transaction on your payment method.
Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

To request a review under one of these exceptions, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@yourpulse.io with your account details and the reason for the request.

4. How Payments Are Processed

Subscription payments made through our checkout are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@yourpulse.io or via WhatsApp at +92 333 6673553. We will confirm the cancellation and the date your access will end.
